Kangnam Chemical -- To All Our Customers Around the World. Kangnam Chemical was established in 1971 as a koint venture between Kunsul Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. and Dainippon Ink & Chemicals Inc. of Japan. Our mission was to be leaders in the field of high polymers.
As a result we were the first in Korea to manufacture and sell Phenolic resin and Polyurethane resin. We were able to respond to the various needs of our customers and contribute to our national industial development.
The superior quality of our products has been proved by their use in the 1988 Olympic Main Stadium, the National Athletes Village in Tearing and other leading sports facilities in Korea. and, applied our materials at 2002 world-cup stadium.
Our quality management was given ISO 9001 certification, reconized by LLOYD LRQA of UK which guarantees the reliability of our quality system. In 2006, we were certificated ISO 14001 International standard of eco-friendly. We produce highly advanced phenolic resins and polyurethane resins.
